Home Project Help in Greater St. Louis and Metro East
Metro East Home Pros helps homeowners start a conversation about remodeling, repairs and outdoor projects across Greater St. Louis and Metro East Illinois. It is operated by Bill Session LLC alongside All-Pro Construction & Landscape. All-Pro may review your request first; this is not a neutral ranking of every contractor.
Where we review requests
Belleville, O'Fallon, Collinsville, Edwardsville, Glen Carbon, Maryville, Troy, Shiloh, Swansea and Fairview Heights are part of our inquiry area, together with St. Louis City, St. Louis County and St. Charles County, Missouri. Requests and provider travel receive individual review. A city appearing here does not guarantee a provider is available or that every project type is accepted.
These are service communities, not claims of offices in each city. Share the project city or ZIP first; a full street address is not needed for the initial conversation.
What kind of project are you planning?
- Kitchen or bathroom: explain whether you want a focused update or a larger remodel, what you want to keep, and what needs changing.
- Basement: describe the proposed rooms and any known moisture or rough-in concerns. An on-site assessment may be needed.
- Deck or fence: include approximate dimensions, material, stairs or gates, and whether you are considering repair or replacement.
- Landscaping: describe cleanup, planting or other yard changes, the approximate area and access.
- Concrete or smaller repairs: provide the intended use or a short repair list. Scope and suitability are reviewed individually.
How to check project fit
- Choose a project type and city in the project planner.
- Use the project form when available, or contact Bill by phone or email, explaining your goal, timing and known constraints.
- Add safe, relevant photos if useful. A form receipt confirms storage, not an appointment or guaranteed email delivery.
- Bill can discuss the next step. Any referral to another named provider requires your permission.
Do not climb onto damaged structures or disturb potentially unsafe areas for photographs. Existing conditions and necessary permits require appropriate professional review.
Before choosing a provider
Compare written scope, not just the total. Check what is included, what remains unknown, who supplies materials and how changes are approved. Use our estimate comparison checklist.
Outside the listed cities?
Ask before ruling your project out. Give Bill the city or ZIP and a description so travel, scope and availability can be reviewed. Borderline locations receive manual review rather than an automatic rejection.
