Metro East Home Pros is a developing project-intake and contractor-discovery service for Greater St. Louis and Metro East. It is operated by Bill Session LLC alongside All-Pro Construction & Landscape.

Tony Beal
Tony works with Bill on Metro East Home Pros and has authorized access to the private inquiry and follow-up workspace. Project and contractor inquiries may be reviewed by Bill and Tony.
How an introduction works
- Tell us the basics. Share the project type, city and state or ZIP, timing and description. Add safe photos if useful.
- A person reviews the request. We consider location, service fit and information still needed. All-Pro may review your request first.
- You approve a named provider. We ask permission before giving your project information to another business. Sending the initial inquiry is not blanket permission for resale or unrelated marketing.
- You decide whether to hire. The provider confirms availability and scope. You review qualifications, the written proposal and agreement before choosing your next step.
What review means
An application review is not a guarantee of licensing, insurance, quality, availability or a successful project. Published profiles describe any checks actually recorded and their scope. Research prospects remain private; finding a company online does not enroll or publish it. A provider must apply, be reviewed and permit publication.
Relationships and fees
This is not a neutral ranking or an exhaustive list of local contractors. All-Pro is connected with the operator and may review inquiries first. The pilot has no upfront joining or introduction fee. Any contractor referral fee must be agreed in writing before accepting a referral. Buying separate growth support does not change directory placement or recommendations.
