Metro East Home Pros is operated by Bill Session LLC alongside All-Pro Construction & Landscape.
Project requests
We receive the information you submit, including your name, contact details, project city, description, and optional photos, to review your request and contact you. Photos and contact details are not published without separate permission. A referral to another provider requires your permission.
How submissions are handled
Online forms operate only when secure intake is enabled. If a form says online requests are unavailable, it does not send your information; use the displayed email or phone contact instead. When enabled, project requests and contractor inquiries are stored in Cloudflare's database. Optional project photos are stored privately in Cloudflare object storage. Cloudflare also provides hosting, spam checks and sign-in protection. Our configured email service, Resend, processes notifications and request confirmations. Email acceptance does not establish delivery or that a person has read a message.
Bill and Tony may access submissions to review and follow up. Your own email provider and our mailbox providers process messages you choose to send directly. We do not automatically subscribe inquiry submitters to marketing. A request is not shared with an outside named provider without your permission.
Contractor applications and public profiles
Contact names, account emails, business location, qualifications, insurance self-reports and private application notes are collected for review and follow-up. They are not automatically published. Optional publication permission covers the business name, business phone, website, public description, services and agreed service areas after review. We retain a record of the permission and review. Research prospects are distinct from applicants and do not become public listings merely because we found their business information.
Photos and notes
Avoid sending sensitive documents, account numbers or photos of people or private records. Original photos may retain camera or location metadata; remove it before uploading if you do not want to share it. Photos are not placed in the public directory. Staff notes are private. When a staff member uses phone keyboard dictation, the phone's speech service handles that input under its own settings; this site saves the resulting text, not a microphone recording.
Retention and requests
We keep submitted information for project or application follow-up, administration and applicable recordkeeping needs. Contact us to request access, correction, withdrawal of publication permission or deletion. We assess the request and any records that must be retained; this policy does not promise an automatic deletion deadline. We restrict access to operational users and providers authorized for a particular referral.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. It measures page visits, accepted project requests and call-link clicks. A call-link click does not establish a completed call. It uses browser identifiers and cookies. Our event code does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, project descriptions, or uploaded photos to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization is disabled.
Page URLs sent to analytics exclude query strings and fragments; referring URLs are reduced to their website origin. With your analytics permission, campaign labels in the current page URL can accompany your project request. We store your analytics choice in your browser. Global Privacy Control disables analytics even if a previous choice allowed it.
Your choices
Use Analytics preferences on this page to change your choice. Declining stops further analytics collection from this site. You can also clear existing cookies in your browser. Request access, correction, or deletion of your submitted information by contacting [email protected] or 618-581-0676. Some records may need to be retained to handle your request or applicable obligations.
