Metro East Home Pros provides project-intake and contractor-discovery information. Submitting a request does not create a construction contract, guarantee a response, guarantee provider availability, or establish price, scope, schedule, licensing, insurance, or project acceptance.

Independent providers

Unless a written agreement states otherwise, participating providers are independent businesses responsible for their own qualifications, licensing where applicable, insurance, estimates, contracts, permits, pricing, schedules, safety, and workmanship.

Homeowner responsibility

Before hiring, homeowners should verify the provider, written scope, payment schedule, applicable insurance and licensing, permit responsibility, change-order process, warranty terms, and cleanup obligations.

Operator relationship

Metro East Home Pros is operated by Bill Session LLC alongside All-Pro Construction & Landscape. All-Pro may review project requests first. Paid placement and other material relationships will be disclosed where applicable.
