Metro East Home Pros provides project-intake and contractor-discovery information. Submitting a request does not create a construction contract, guarantee a response, guarantee provider availability, or establish price, scope, schedule, licensing, insurance, or project acceptance.

Availability and communication

Online intake may be unavailable. A submission receipt confirms storage, not an appointment or guaranteed email delivery. Contact us directly if your request is urgent. This service is not for emergencies. Inquiry permission is limited to related follow-up; public listing permission is separate.

Independent providers

Unless a written agreement states otherwise, participating providers are independent businesses responsible for their own qualifications, licensing where applicable, insurance, estimates, contracts, permits, pricing, schedules, safety, and workmanship.

Homeowner responsibility

Before hiring, homeowners should verify the provider, written scope, payment schedule, applicable insurance and licensing, permit responsibility, change-order process, warranty terms, and cleanup obligations.

Operator relationship

Metro East Home Pros is operated by Bill Session LLC alongside All-Pro Construction & Landscape. All-Pro may review project requests first. Paid placement and other material relationships will be disclosed where applicable.

Homeowner resources

For Illinois projects, review the Illinois Attorney General home repair guidance. Contractors remain responsible for applicable contracts and consumer-rights documents. Missouri homeowners can consult the Missouri Attorney General consumer resources. Directory review does not replace those obligations.
