From application to introduction
- Tell us the basics. Share your trade, coverage and contact details using the short form above.
- Talk through fit with Bill. Discuss the work you handle, availability and information needed for review. A review is not a guarantee of licensing, insurance, workmanship or job readiness.
- Choose what can be published. A profile is prepared only with your separate permission and reviewed business information. Private application details stay private.
- Decide on each introduction. If a relevant homeowner request is available, All-Pro may review it first. Another named business receives the homeowner's details only with permission. You decide whether to pursue the work and provide an estimate.
No upfront lead fee
There is no upfront charge merely for joining the pilot or receiving an introduction. If a referred project becomes a paid job, any referral fee, the definition of a paid job, payment timing, cancellations and dispute process must be agreed in writing before a referral is accepted. Joining does not guarantee introductions, jobs, revenue, exclusivity or endorsement.
Who we are looking for
We are initially interested in local businesses that genuinely handle kitchen and bathroom remodeling, basement projects, decks, fencing, landscaping, concrete or selected repair work in Belleville, O'Fallon, Collinsville, Edwardsville, Glen Carbon, Maryville, Troy, Shiloh, Swansea, Fairview Heights and Greater St. Louis, including St. Louis County and St. Charles County.
Businesses remain independently responsible for their licenses where applicable, insurance, safety, estimates, contracts, pricing, permits, employees, scheduling, warranties and workmanship. We will not publish a provider profile without permission.
Optional practical growth support
Some participating businesses may also want help with a website, project-photo organization, Google Business Profile, lead-source tracking or customer follow-up. That is a separate service. Buying support does not change directory placement, homeowner referrals or recommendations.
